The Bijenkorf (beehive) is the biggest high-end warehouse in the Netherlands. They're like the Dutch Harrods or Printemps. When I was little, walking into their toys department was like walking into a fairytale and now their christmas windows still seem like fairytales to me.
So I was already very much looking forward to the weekend of 28-29 September, when I would make live illustration at the Bijenkorf for their Member Privilege Weekend to make sure the people in the store could take home a unique custom-made piece of art!

As you can see, I'm going more portraits as well lately! Before it was only people in their outfits from top to toe, now I'm experimenting with both.
